1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayAlter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlayAlter is a browser-based AI media studio that allows users to transform images and video in controlled, temporary processing sessions. The Service requires an internet connection and a supported web browser.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PlayAlter only for lawful purposes. You may only upload and process media that you own or have explicit authorization to modify. The following are strictly prohibited:

Processing media without the rights holder's consent.
Creating deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Creating non-consensual intimate imagery.
Impersonating another person without their consent.
Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of media you upload. PlayAlter does not claim ownership over your content. You grant PlayAlter a limited, temporary license to process your media solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlayAlter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
